Exploring East Africa with LST Retreats

From the ancient wonders of Egypt to the pristine beaches of Zanzibar, our two-week retreat through East Africa was nothing short of magical. This adventure took us through breathtaking landscapes, cultural treasures, and transformative moments that will stay with us forever.

A Grand Beginning in Egypt

Our journey began in Cairo, where we marveled at the Great Pyramids of Giza, walked through the Valley of the Kings, and sailed along the Nile. The history, energy, and mysticism of Egypt set the tone for an unforgettable experience.

Into the Heart of Tanzania

From Egypt, we made our way to Dar es Salaam, a vibrant coastal city and the gateway to our Tanzanian adventure. From there, we traveled to Kilimanjaro and Moshi, where we embraced the beauty of Africa’s highest peak and immersed ourselves in the warmth of local communities. In Arusha, we prepared for the highlight of our journey—the Serengeti.

Three Days in the Wild

For three days, we ventured deep into the Serengeti, witnessing the awe-inspiring Great Migration, encountering lions, elephants, and giraffes in their natural habitat, and experiencing the tranquility of the vast African plains. Every sunrise and sunset painted the sky with hues of gold and crimson, reminding us of the raw beauty of nature.

Five Days of Bliss in Zanzibar

After days of adventure, we retreated to the white sandy beaches of Zanzibar. We indulged in fresh seafood, explored Stone Town’s rich history, and rejuvenated our spirits with oceanfront meditation and wellness sessions. It was the perfect ending to a trip filled with discovery, culture, and self-reflection.

This retreat was more than just a trip—it was a journey of transformation, connection, and renewal. If you’ve ever dreamed of experiencing East Africa in the most luxurious and meaningful way, LST Retreats is your gateway to adventure and serenity.
